I had a blast. I'll be back for more. I probably won't run the Benz every time, but I promise, I'll bring an inappropriate (slow) vehicle every time, and I'll run it as fast as it will go. Chevy S10 pickup trucks are in HS, aren't they? Maybe I'll run one of those.
BTW, I checked the specs on my vehicle, and it weighs almost 4100 pounds without the driver (1900 pounds more than the average Miata), and my wheel base is just over 10 feet (2-1/2 feet longer than the average Miata). And for the record, the tires were Treadwear 820 rated Michelin X Greens. I won't be running those again. I'll step up to at least Treadwear 600 rated tires for a bit more grip

One suggestion for timing/scoring. When a car is making a "fun run" with an alternate driver, maybe do something to indicate that and take it out of the scoring for points. An extra +10 cones would work, if there's no other possible way to do it.
