Needs for Sunday's event

Ok so I'm trying to get things down for this event. I know we need the following:
Course Design
Van and trailer pickup and return

What else?

Also if you want to volunteer for any of these, please speak up

We decided at the solo staff meeting to appoint Clancy van/trailer getter. Have you spoken to him about this?

Also, did Scott give the trophy vinyl to anyone at Dixie?

Remember, the van battery was dead when I went out there to check it last month & it will need to be jumped off.

Yeah Cho replaced the battery a couple of weeks ago, he too found it dead as could be. Not surprised with the winter we've had.

I know I will be bringing gas for the generator. Do I need to get with Phil before the event to get the computer, or is he going to be there for this event?

I don't have anything to drive Sunday, but I'll be there to help get the computers set up.

I went to the trailer yesterday. Started the van, battery is good. The only problem I found is the trailer is a mess. We really should consider a trailer cleaning day.

Yeah we should for sure! Jeff and I have talked briefly on that. Just need to get together and set a date.

It might be easier to make the trailer cleaning "day" be at an event either before or after while we already have it unpacked. Just a *lazy* thought.
