Solo Staff Meeting Saturday January 31st

Ok so this is a little bit of a short notice but here we go.

Sunday February 1st Solo Staff Meeting
Location: My house(PM me for the address, I don't really want it out there on the interwebs)
When: Arrive 1:30-2:00 PM and meeting will meeting will start about 2:15. We should be done in plenty of time for Super Bowl Plans.
What: Discuss the 2015 Solo Staff and needs/concerns for this year

Yes, this is all going on a little late, my apologies.

Please feel free to bring to something snacky and the adult beverage of your choice.

We can discuss food and drinks and all that jazz here.

Crystal and I will not be able to attend that day.
Our family and church family are having a house warming shower for us 3-5 at Bowman Hills Church.
We feel this meeting is important and would really like to attend but cannot. Is rescheduling possible?

I think there is a Chump Car event the next weekend that may keep people from attending. Can anyone confirm?

I'm also not opposed to Saturday. I know that it has been held on Sunday normally, like our events.

Ok so if we do it this Saturday what time is good? The Evans could make it after 4 but they are dealing with house stuff before then. We could also try to do midweek next week, maybe Big River? Thoughts???
