You’re invited to the annual awards dinner of the SCCA’s Chattanooga Region.
Spouses, partners, significant others, best friends, children, all are welcome.
This year’s dinner will be at the Terra Nostra Tapas Restaurant owned and operated by CRSCCA member Efren Ormaza, who races a Spec Racer Ford.
A number of awards and trophies will be given out, including awards for our autocross class champions, the Harvey Templeton road racing champion award and the Worker of the Year award.
For dinner, there will be several options, and we’ll NEED RESERVATIONS and menu choices from y’all so the restaurant staff knows what to expect.
Option 1. Simply order off the menu.
Option 2. A prix fixe ($25 all inclusive) dinner consisting of:
A. Greek salad with rosemary balsamic dressing.
B. Lobster bisque
C. A main dish with (pick one):
1. Marinated beef tips, garlic soy marinade, peanut sauce and greens
2. Spinach filo – a vegetarian option
3. Coconut shrimp and scallops
D. A dessert of Mexican chocolate flan
Drinks are additional, but there will be $3 beers and $5 glasses of wine available, as well as soft drinks.
You can see the full menu here, to help you decide:
Tapas are appetizers, or snacks, in Spanish cuisine. They may be cold or hot. Tapas have evolved into an entire cuisine in which different tapas may be combined to make a full meal.
This should be a really fun evening. We’ll have a semi-private room with the opportunity to show some racing and autocross videos.
Please RSVP via email with the number in your party and their meal selection.
Hope to see you there!
PS. There’s parking behind the restaurant, and if that’s full, use the nearby church lot. Do NOT park in the Walgreen’s lot.
This is the area to discuss club issues moving forward. Please try to start a new thread when needed so there isn't a need to dig to deep to look for a different subject.
