  • September 30 Autocross
         Planning – An autocross open house:
              * Free rides for first-time visitors
              * Free hotdogs and soft drinks
              * Promote it extensively
         – Novice instruction: Eric Couch? and Grant Williams?
         – Course design: Josh McQuaid
  • Fall Street Survival status, October 20th
         – We’re on; Maybe? (Signups are VERY slow)
         – Need coaches
  • Green Prix status: Bill Perry
  • Other Autocross Business:
         – Establish a van/trailer cleanup date
         – Timing & Scoring: another volunteer or two still needed
         – Spectator control: infants
         – Jack stands

They have a semi-private room for us, reasonably quiet. It’s an Asian buffet, with plenty of American options and a decent salad bar.

    – We need a Warren
    – Separate paddock?
    – How to be more welcoming
  • Points for our season autocross championship
    – Should non-members be eligible for awards in any class?
